Prior to the plac ng of the topsoil on any area to be reclaimed, the surface shall be deep <br /> tilled in order to •estore the natural condition of the soil as much as possible. <br /> Reclamation act edule: <br /> Beginning on Ap it 1 -Use interior berms and mulch. <br /> Beginning on April 15 - Complete the berms and use mulch within two weeks of topsoil <br /> placing. <br /> Beginning on Ma,+ 1 - Complete the berms use a combination of polymer and mulch, <br /> Seeding and Mulch: <br /> The disturbed areas shall be permanently seeded at a rate of 4 lbs. per 1000 sq. feet; <br /> fertilized at a rate of 10 lbs. per 1000 sq. feet(16-6-24); and mulched at a rate of 50 to 60 <br /> lbs. per 1000 sq. feet. <br /> Conventional, nor -anchored straw mulch may used on overland gradients if applied at a <br /> rate of 2.0 lbs. pe acre, Mulch at a rate of 1.5 tons per acre shall be anchored. <br /> If the reclamation requires a preventive solution in the months of July and August, a <br /> combination of pc lymers and mulch is required. <br /> The erosion contr)1 plan includes temporary seeding of WISDOT mix#20 (rye grass <br /> and small grains). <br /> 2. Permanent seeding;to be completed prior to September 15. Seeding after September 15 <br /> shall be done with winter wheat (11bs. per 1000 aq-ft.). <br /> 3. Side slopes and to?soil stockpiles shall be stabilized with Palyacrilamides_ <br /> 4. The plan includes ;oil loss calculations.
