APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> COMMUNICATIONS TOWER <br /> FOR TELEVISION RELAY USE <br /> FOR WHPN-TV-57 <br /> - PAGE THREE - <br /> WHPN-TV expects to initially employ approximately 20 people during <br /> the 9AM to 5PM business day. Additionally, a single employee will <br /> be present evenings, overnight and on week-ends. <br /> The presence of WHPN-TV-57 will be of great benefit to the <br /> immediate neighborhood, to the citizens in the Madison area, as well <br /> as to all of southern Wisconsin. WHPN will be providing public <br /> service, new and unduplicated programming choices, entertainment, <br /> employment and educational opportunities. WHPN will also be <br /> participating in the Emergency Activation System (EAS). <br /> WHPN-TV wishes to proceed with the operation of this television <br /> station as quickly as possible. <br />
