• <br /> OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> a. Topsoil will be windrowed along the wetland boundary to provide a berm to protect <br /> the wetland from possible erosion from the mineral operation. The berm will be seeded, <br /> ---- ---- ---- <br /> fertilized and protected. Weepers will be installed at certain locations in the topsoil <br /> berm where need occurs. The topsoil berm will be reused in the final reclamation of the <br /> land. Excavation will be started on the North side of the property and commence South <br /> and Eastward leaving the undisturbed higher land elevation protecting the wetland until <br /> closing of the operation. <br /> The West boundary of the property showing the final contours will be excavated <br /> to a greater depth if the adjoining property is mined to a lower elevation. <br /> b. Excavations below the grade of Buckeye Road or Upperdahl Drive will be more than <br /> the ordinance setback requirement for buildings and structures, on these roads. <br /> c. No permanent buildings are proposed. <br /> RECLAMATION: <br /> a. The site plan has finish contours`with the final slopes on a 3:1 slope or flatter. <br /> b. All disturbed areas will be regraded with topsoil and underburden soils spread and <br /> seeded. <br /> c. All unsightly material and waste shall be disposed of on site or hauled away and <br /> landscaped. <br /> SEEDING MIXTURE <br /> 20 lbs./ Smooth Brome <br /> 10 lbs./ Tall Fescue <br /> 1 lb. / Kentucky Bluegrass <br /> 31 lbs. Rate of Application <br /> 30 lbs./ acre or 1 1/2 lbs./ 1000 square feet <br />
