Erosion control measures will be established <br /> by Natural Clay, Dirt, Sand and Stone on <br /> site . This material will then be used in <br /> the reclamation process at the site . <br /> C. All stripped material will be under the <br /> 3 : 1 Ratio when it is piled up . <br /> D. Extraction banks will be controlled by Mr. <br /> Wipperfurth and Madison Sand & Gravel for <br /> safety. The entire area is approx. 5 <br /> acres . The actual area being worked on at <br /> any given time will only be about 2 acres . <br /> 15 . RECLAMATION: <br /> A. Topsoil will be returned to site . <br /> B . We will use a 3 : 1 slope when returning <br /> site to agricultural use . <br /> C. We may or may not need to establish <br /> vegetation depending on the exact <br /> agricultural use specified by Mr. <br /> Wipperfurth. <br /> 16 .
