It is our assumption that a gate at the entrance of the <br /> proposed pit is not necessary. The entrance to the pit is <br /> also the Wipperfurth' s driveway. The driveway/entrance goes <br /> past the Wipperfurth' s home . We will have no problems putting <br /> up any "No Trespassing or Danger" signs . <br /> 2 . Because of the location of the pit in proximity to the <br /> Wipperfurths dwelling, we feel the an encompassing fence <br /> would not be necessary. We will also be sloping the excavated <br /> area at a ratio of 3 : 1 , which greatly diminishes the <br /> possibility for any type of accident . The bank where the <br /> material will be loaded from is only an estimated 30 ' wide . <br /> The material being extracted will consist of approximately 60% <br /> sand and 40% gravel . <br /> 3 . Because we will be leaving the loader at the pit we will have <br /> the need for a diesel fuel tank. The tank will be a <br /> temporary tank no larger than 500 gallons . The approved <br /> tank will supplied and filled by Danco Prairie FS . There <br /> would be no spill containment required. <br />
