The extraction area is five (5) acres . <br /> 2 . The majority of hauling will be in the winter months . <br /> 3 . The actual time of actual hauling will be in the area of 6 <br /> to 12 months . This time could be spread over 5 years as we will <br /> primarily be hauling in the winter. Our calculations show the <br /> following: <br /> a . 70 loads per day @ 14 yards/load = 980 yards/day <br /> b. 198 , 000 yds material available divided by 980 yds per day <br /> equals 202 . 04 days . <br /> c . 202 days divided by 5 days/week = 40 . 41 weeks . <br /> d. 40 .41 weeks divided by 4 weeks/month = 10 . 1 months . <br /> 4 . We would like you to consider our idea of using recycled <br /> blacktop which we would remove when the extraction and hauling <br /> is done . <br /> 5 . This may save you money to maintain the turn off lane after the <br /> extraction and hauling is finished. <br /> 6 . Mr. Wipperfurth may not like to be taxed on this improvement . <br /> 7 . We will be primarily using only our trucks for hauling as a cost <br /> savings to us . This is another reason it may take up to five <br /> years to complete the project . <br /> 8 . We could see doing all the major improvements you showed us if <br /> we were extracting from an area of 40 acres or more or hauling <br /> for a period of more than ten (10) years . <br /> 9 . We will not haul out of the pit without your FINAL <br /> APPROVAL if and when we do receive a CUP from Dane County. <br />
