43i ( I am seeking two goals: #1 I would like to remove the RH2 zoning on parcel #25-0907-172-9510-6 located R10753/26-10/28/87 LC SEC 17-7 SE1/4NW1/4 EXC CSM 5308 * &R9137/52 LC and make it become AG exclusive. Then transfer the zoning capability to Parcel# 25-0907-171-8500-1 located in SEC 17-9-7 NW 1/4 NE1/4 EXC CSM 5308 *R31322/70 QCD to enable me to build a home or to sell it as a single homesite. I am enclosing legal documents agreed upon by the new owners of parcel #25-0907-172-9510-6 which will verify that this agreement to remove the RH2 was made prior to sale on June 30, 1998. #2 After removal of the zoning on this parcel, I request the ability to build a house on a different 35 acre parcel of the 120 acre original farm . I would like to change the zoning on parcel # 2500907-171-8500-1 from Ag 1 to Ag 2 . I am very committed to insuring that the property remain the same except for the homesite which is situated in an area where existing use will be affected minimally. The present cornfields, pasture, and woods will not be changed. A driveway will be from Wolf Road through an easement obtained from new owners of the parcel adjacent to this property so as not to disturb the crop land.( This easement was an agreement between the parties at the June 30, 1998 closing.) A drawing of the proposed driveway, homesite and existing uses of acreage is enclosed. The time schedule may be as early as October 1998 or next summer. I will be meeting with the Town of Roxbury Planning Committee on September 14, 1998. I have attended many meetings to gain knowledge to enable me to comply with existing zoning practices.
