The above described real estate shall be used only for a recreational mobile home park for so <br /> long as said real estate shall be zoned R-4. <br /> 2. The maximum number of mobile homes allowed to be placed on the above described real estate <br /> shall be limited to 100 for so long as said real estate shall be zoned R-4. <br /> 3. Condominium units 1 through 36 shall be deed restricted with a document acceptable to the <br /> Zoning Administrator and recorded in the Register of Deeds, that notifies condominium or land <br /> owners that the water levels of Fish Lake may continue to rise, and that their structures could <br /> become nonconforming and/or experience flooding in the future; <br /> Require the submittal of a development plan, dated August 27, 1998, showing the location of the <br /> current ordinary highwater mark of Fish Lake as established by the DNR, and all applicable <br /> zoning setback lines. <br /> In addition to the documents referenced above, I also have attached a memo I drafted at the <br /> direction of the subcommittee discussing the applicability of a TDR concept to Petition 7110. <br /> This may have some relevance to the discussion about deed restrictions on other properties <br /> owned by Fish Lake Development Corporation. <br /> I hope this meets your needs.
