.February 4, 1997 <br /> ZONING& NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE <br /> RE: Petition# 6829 <br /> 6 acre parcel acquired by Marlin Barsness 09/29/69 <br /> 12 acre parcel acquired by Marlin Barsness 06/14/77 t <br /> The 6 acre parcel was created prior to the County Land Division Regulations (adopted <br /> 05/21/70). This parcel enjoys a non-conforming status. <br /> The 12 acre parcel was attached to the base parcel of 6 acres, subsequent to the effective <br /> date of the Land Division Regulations, and in accordance with the provisions of <br /> S.236.45(2)(a)3., Wisconsin Statutes (the sale or exchange of parcels of land between <br /> owners of adjoining properties). Accordingly, a certified survey map approval would have <br /> been required to establish a separate legal parcel status. Without a certified survey map <br /> approval the 18 acres is clearly one single legal entity with respect to the provisions of the <br /> Land Division Regulations. <br /> Norbert Scribner, Land Division Review <br />
