The ER Review for the project is <br /> attached. Please keep in mind that the ER Review for the project does not exempt you from the <br /> requirements of state and federal endangered species laws. Rather, it is a tool to help you comply with <br /> state and federal endangered species laws.Additional consultation with the Department of Natural <br /> Resources(DNR)and/or US Fish and Wildlife Service may be necessary if follow-up actions are <br /> indicated. <br /> The following page contains important information to help you better understand this ER Review.The ER <br /> Review itself is divided into four sections:A) Brief description of the proposed project, B)Endangered <br /> resources known or likely to occur in the proposed project area, C)Follow-up actions, including those that <br /> need to be taken to comply with state and federal endangered species laws,and D)Next steps. <br /> This ER Review may contain Natural Heritage Inventory data (including specific locations of endangered <br /> resources)which are considered sensitive and are not subject to Wisconsin's Open Records Law.As a <br /> result, please remember that you may share information contained in the ER Review only with individuals <br /> who need this information to carry out specific roles in planning and implementation of the proposed <br /> project. Specific locations of endangered resources should not be released or reproduced in any publicly <br /> disseminated documents.
