ti
III. Suggested Actions/Conditions of Approval
If the Committee chooses to approve this petition, it may wish to consider the following
conditions:
1. The CSM associated with Petition No. 7317 (i.e.the Turk parcel rezoning south of Parcel B)and a
new CSM defining the dimensions of the new, consolidated 36-acre parcel resulting from the
joining of Parcel B and the Turk parcel shall both be submitted to and approved by the Dane
County Planning and Development Department and recorded with the Dane County Register of
Deeds.
•
2. The applicant shall obtain a letter from the Turks documenting that they(the Turks)are conveying
one of their splits to the Halversons via the land transfer.
Although the Planning and Development Department will have some.record of the Turk
split via the recording of the CSM associated with Petition No. 7317, it would help to
clarify things for future staff and Committee members if there was something in both of
these files— 7317 and 7370—documenting that the Turks conveyed one of their splits to
the Halversons via the land transfer. Without such a letter, it may not be evident in the
future how exactly the Halversons ended up with five splits from a 135.69 acre parcel.
3. The applicant shall deed restrict Parcel A from any further development beyond the one building
site,per the applicant's proposal.
4. The applicant shall improve the existing driveway at their own expense and to an extent agreeable
to the town, and the applicant shall convey the drive to the town for the purposes of it becoming a
public town road.
H:\ZONING\ZNR\COMPREP'n98-RPTS\7370.sup.doc Page 2 of 2
11/5/98
