The following uses are prohibited under the C-2 zoning district 10.14(1)(c)(d)(h)(00)(k)(I)(v)(u). <br /> PETITION 8517-ZONING CHANGE IN THE TOWN OF SPRINGFIELD-ZONING ORD.AMDT. 8517 <br /> Petition 8517 by Magael of Madison, LLC, to change the zoning from the A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural district to the C-2 <br /> Commercial district on property located south of 6180 USH 12 in part of the SE1/4 SW1/4—Section 5, Town of Springfield. <br /> The Zoning & Natural Resources Committee recommends that Petition 8517 be granted as modified, subject to the <br /> Conditions below and including the condition that a certified survey map be recorded within 90 days, and Zoning Ord. Amdt. 8517 <br /> be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> Conditions: <br /> 1. Five+1-acres for MG and E substation. <br /> 2. The Dane County garage site shall be limited to the uses specified in Section <br /> 10.14(1)(b)(c)(e)(t)(h)(i)0)(n)(q)(s)and(2)(g)(j)(1). <br /> PETITION 8518-ZONING CHANGE IN THE TOWN OF OREGON-ZONING ORD.AMDT. 8518 <br /> Petition 8518 by Mark and Sue Genin to change the zoning from the A-3 Agricultural district to the LC-1 Limited <br /> Commercial district on property located at 5093 Lincoln Road in part of the NW1/4 NE1/4—Section 14, Town of Oregon. <br /> Tom Buglass, Oregon, spoke in opposition to Petition 8518. <br /> The Zoning & Natural Resources Committee recommends that Petition 8518 be granted and Zoning Ord. Amdt. 8518 be <br /> adopted. Motion carried. <br /> MOTIONS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS <br /> The question before the Board was Supervisor Anderson's motion to rescind action on Zoning Petition 7370. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> Petition 7370 was then before the Board with a corrected committee recommendation to grant as modified but to delete <br /> the requirement for a certified survey and the delayed effective date. Motion carried. <br /> ORDINANCES <br /> ORD. AMDT. 12, 02-03 <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 26 OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES, ISSUANCE OF TAX DEEDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> ARTICLE 1. Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, all references to section and chapter numbers are to those of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. <br /> ARTICLE 2. Section 26.11(1)is amended to read as follows: <br /> 26.11 ISSUANCE OF TAX DEEDS. (1) The treasurer shall take all necessary steps, including the giving of notice to owners of <br /> record, occupants, and mortgagees of record, preparatory to the issuance of tax deeds to Dane County on any property that is <br /> subject to tax certificates held by Dane County and eligible for the taking of tax deeds. Upon expiration of the time prescribed by <br /> law for the redemption of tax certificates held on a property and a determination by the treasurer that the taking of tax deed is in the <br /> financial best interest of Dane County,the treasurer shall proceed to have tax deed to the property issued to Dane County, subject <br /> only to the repurchase preference given the former owner under section 26.15 of this ordinance. <br /> Personnel & Finance and Public Protection & Judiciary Committees recommend adoption of Ord.
