Petition is just for postage stamp rezone. <br /> • Only for one new residence. Plenty of splits: No Deed Restriction/Notice required under density <br /> policy. <br /> • Only real issue is access. Driveway already exists. Erosion control plan already prepared and <br /> approved. Three options: (1)approve as is; (2)approve conditioned upon private driveway <br /> maintenance agreement;or(3)approv e conditioned upon driveway becoming public town road. <br />
