COMPOSITE REPORT - 7357,Johnson <br /> Public Hearing 09/15/98 Town of Christiana <br /> C. Currently there is a"no access area" from U.S.H. 12 & 18 to the proposed lot. A <br /> report from the Highway Department is needed. <br /> D. The area is type I-II soils and is being cropped. <br /> E. No site plans are provided. <br /> F. The site is very visible from the road and marks the west side entrance to the village <br /> of Cambridge. Except for a few exceptions the area has a nice rural character. <br /> III. SUMMARY <br /> A. A proposal of this magnitude would require a site plan, an approved access from the <br /> Highway Department and further communication with the village on its long range <br /> plan. <br />
