In my opinion Dane <br /> County Zoning has caused this problem by not following the State and County law and internal <br /> Dane County Zoning policy! <br /> As a result of Dane County Zoning departments negligence and total disregard for the <br /> law they have a legal obligation to make things right by giving me my RH-1 zoning. I believe <br /> that Dane County Corporation Counsel needs to find a loop hole to have the zoning fixed internally <br /> or they need to go in front of a Circuit Court Judge and get them to render the petition valid in <br /> whole or Nul and Void in whole. I don't think Dane County Zoning can violate the law and then <br /> claim they posses usurped authority to make part of the document valid and the other part not? I <br /> want to resolve this peacefully and at the least cost for all, but it appears by your tone that we will <br /> need spend money the Dane County does not have or I don't have to file a lawsuit against Dane <br /> County Zoning and get a Circuit Court Judge to decide what is legal and what is not? As far as the <br /> fee goes for the rezoning, you told me that if the petition needs to be refiled you would wave the <br /> fee.
