This gravel drive connects to CTH <br /> T. <br /> - The applicant is proposing to rezone only 0.2 acres which appears consistent with this policy. <br /> - Generally,the plan allows for some commercial development in these areas, with judgment <br /> required to determine compatibility. The applicants indicate that they would replace the existing <br /> shed with a new shop, and"IQ/have any employees.
