A driveway entering onto Twin Lane Road and a parking lot are <br /> proposed;there will be no buildings or permanent structures. 2 employees and 10 <br /> students would use the site between 7AM and 5:30PM. Neighboring lands to the South <br /> and East are zoned A-1 and had mineral extraction site CUP's(#817& 824)for the USH <br /> 51 improvement project--both expired in 1990. The existing Diesel Truck Driving <br /> School on the N side of USH 51 was rezoned to C-2 with a CUP for Ag use in 1986 <br /> (#3755/520--no Deed Restrictions or Conditions.) <br /> Note: An intermittent stream tributary to the Maunesha River flows N-S through this <br /> property, apparently near the W'ly edge of the proposed cleared area. Both 100 year <br /> flood plain and wetlands appear to be associated with this stream, and must be delineated. <br />
