Density Study Summary for Rezone # 7160 <br /> March 1998 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of Victor <br /> Contrucci at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of Cross Plains (12/26/81), <br /> consisting of 95.2 acres. There has been at least one split (lot 1 CSM 7126 to <br /> Kirk Contrucci). In addition, parcel # 0707-324-9946 (5.04 acres owned by Nola <br /> Contrucci) may also be a split, due to the fact that it does not appear on the <br /> original township map at time of A-1 Ex adoption but shows up on the current <br /> parcel map. Research of records at Dane County Register of Deeds was <br /> inconclusive. <br /> (see attached map) <br />
