Walden, Clerk <br /> Town of Cross Plains <br /> 8697 Mineral Point Road <br /> Cross Plains, WI 53528 <br /> Dear Ann: <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Westphal appeared before the Planning Commission and the Town of Vermont <br /> Board last night,June 30,relative to their revised driveway plan accessing their Town of Cross Plains <br /> building site from Highway 78 through the Jim Kirchstein property and sharing his driveway. The <br /> Commission recommended approval to the Board which will act on the recommendation onJuly 12 <br /> at their regular Board meeting. No objections were heard on the new plan, so I am confident that it <br /> will pass at that time. It is stipulated that no further buildings will be accessed using this driveway <br /> in the future.
