Density Study Summary for Rezone # 7161 <br /> March 1998 Public Hearing <br /> The land in the town of Cross Plains being considered for rezone was <br /> under the ownership of James Kirchstein at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the <br /> town of Cross Plains (12/26/81), consisting of 39.4 acres. Staff was directed to <br /> conduct a density study on the lands located in the Town of Cross Plains and <br /> exclude the Town of Vermont land. There has been one split on this 39.4 acres <br /> already, which according to information obtained through Dane County Register <br /> of Deeds occurred in 1982. <br />
