NOTE RE: CUP #682: According to McKay, CUP 682 was intended to apply to all <br /> property owned by TBC in the N 1/2 NE 1/4, Section 33 --both B-1 and RE-1 zoned <br /> areas. Our CUP documents include only the B-1 area; however, it may be possible to <br /> verify from ZNR Minutes that the RE-1 lands were intended to be included.
