(Green#2, green#5 and green#8). Working with the <br /> DNR we plan to have the water drain away from the creek and run through a grass buffer <br /> before entering the creek. Dealing with tree and shrubbery cutting the only area that this took <br /> place was some Bearing along hole#6. But the trees along the creek were not disturbed. <br /> Town Land Use Plan: <br /> Refer to attached sheets(A and B), these concerns were addressed at the Town of Cottage <br /> Grove Plan Commission Meeting. <br /> County Farmland Preservation Plan <br /> a.) The plan is to open the cause to the public in July 1999. <br /> b.) The local units of Government (Town of Cottage Grove and Village of Cottage Grove) <br /> have given their approval. <br /> c.) Refer to the Erosion Control Plan that has been approved by your Department of Dane <br /> County Land Conservation. <br /> -The soil erosion will be reduced due to grass cover compared to field crops. <br /> -The DNR has approved with permits for the storm water control plan. <br /> -The topography of the existing land will be kept intact and a green way between the <br /> Village and Town of Cottage Grove will be established. <br /> B.
