At our request, the consultant Woodward <br /> and Clyde has provided a complete hydrologic study of the site <br /> and the hydraulic analysis of the swales and berms . Also a <br /> complete erosion control plan for the phase I portion of the <br /> project was regtested and was provided by the consulting <br /> engineering firm to our office. <br /> At this stage of the project application it is not customary to <br /> provide this extmsive detail . It was our judgment that a <br /> detailed plan will answer many of the questions about the <br /> project . <br /> The submitted ero:;ion control plan meets the requirement of the <br /> 15 points of the Dane County erosion control ordinance. <br /> We are not in a position to issue a formal approval, due to the <br /> status of the conditional use application. However, with <br /> submittal of the required fee, and the appropriate conditional <br /> use approval for he project, the Fitchburg Mineral LLC, phase <br />
