PAULSON & ASSOCIATES, LLC <br /> Paulson & Associates a civil engineering and surveying firm located in DeForest, <br /> Wisconsin. It was formed in 1995 after Dennis Norton left the employment of Dane <br /> County to form the partnership. <br /> Dennis was with the Highway and Transportation Department for 20 years and served <br /> as Assistant Commissioner for six years. While in that position, he focused a good <br /> share of his time toward traffic studies, highway access, and the impacts of <br /> development and other land use activities on the County highway system. Since <br /> forming the partnership, he has used that experience to design highway improvements, <br /> conduct speed zone studies, and advise local governments and developers on matters <br /> elated to highway safety. <br />
