The zoning administrator or designee may enter the C.U.P. site to conduct <br /> inspections for compliance with these conditions or to investigate an alleged <br /> violation during normal operating hours and with reasonable notice to the Operator. <br /> 47. Donation of Land to Dane County <br /> Item 1 <br /> Curtis A. and Debra D. Herfel agree to donate approximately 8.7 acres of <br /> land, bounded by Badger Mill Creek on the north, the Herfel westerly <br /> property line on the west, a line 200 feet south of Badger Mill Creek and <br /> parallel to Badger Mill Creek on the south, and the Herfel easterly property <br /> line on the east, in the SW 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 28, in the Town of <br /> Verona, to Dane County upon approval and issuance of C.U.P. #1484. <br /> Further, the Herfels shall be granted permission to continue to use this parcel <br /> in "as is" condition for pasturing cattle for a period not to exceed five years, <br /> or until the replacement pasture is ready for use, whichever occurs first. <br /> Item 2 <br /> Curtis A. and Debra D.
