The North Part of the site is located in proximity to Badger Mill Creek and
the goals for erosion control are 7.5 t/ac/yr. Due to the mineral extraction,
it is expected that soil loss will be a moderate concern, but the final grading
when the mineral extraction is finished, will need a plan to stabilize the site.
2. The Phase 3 North West of the site is in an area considered to be sensitive,
due to the proximity to Badger Mill Creek. A separate erosion control plan
for this area should be prepared.
3. The water quality component should be addressed to prevent sediment from
leaving the site.
4. Detailed erosion control plan should include temporary and long-term
sediment control.
