The applicant shall submit . erosion control plan covering the entire CUP area for <br /> the duration of operations, • d receive approval of an erosion control permit prior <br /> to commencing extraction o erations. <br /> 2. The applicant shall apply for and receive all other required local, state, and federal <br /> permits. <br /> 3. The operator shall develop •' d operate the site according to the revised site and <br /> operations plans dated 2/3/9:. Berms shall be constructed and seeded according to <br /> these plans and the prelimin• erosion control plan. <br /> 4. Hauling from the site shall nit begin until the USH 12-18 reconstruction project <br /> begins. <br /> 5. Operations shall cease no lat-r than 4 years from the date of issuance of the erosion <br /> control permit <br /> 6. Reclamation shall be comple ed within one year after operations have ceased, and <br /> shall be phased according to the revised operations and reclamation plan dated <br /> 2/3/98. Extraction of materi. s (aside from topsoil and overburden) in Phase 2 of <br /> the project shall not begin u til the Phase 1 area is reclaimed. <br /> 7. The operator shall post and 0 aintain at all times a bond or irrevocable letter of <br /> credit in favor of the Town .f Cottage Grove and Dane County in the amount of <br /> $57,000 to ensure compliance with the reclamation plan. <br /> 8. Off-site removal of subsoil o erburden shall not be allowed. <br /> 9. All drive aisles shall be eithe graveled or paved according to the revised operations <br /> plans, and shall be maintaine s in a dust free manner in accordance with local, state, <br /> and federal regulations. <br /> 10. Hours of operation, except •r crushing, screening, and washing, shall be from 6 <br /> a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday thro gh Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. <br /> Crushing, screening, and w. .hing shall not occur before 7 a.m. on Monday through <br /> Friday and 8 a.m. on Saturday. No operations of any kind shall take place on <br /> Sundays or legal holidays. ours may be extended temporarily if approved by the <br /> town board, with written no'ification being given to county zoning. <br /> 11.
