No water shall be removed fr om the site in order to maintain groundwater discharge <br /> to adjacent areas. <br /> 16. The operator shall use spray b: s (water) in the crushing process to reduce dust. <br /> Use of spray bars is not requ' -d when the temperature is below freezing. The <br /> operator shall spray the site th water if and when needed to control dust. <br /> 17. The operator shall require all u cks, excavation, crushing, screening and washing <br /> equipment to have muffler sys ems which meet or exceed then current industry <br /> standards for noise abatement <br /> 18. If the Highway Commissioner determines that improvements to the intersection of <br /> the access road and CTH N . - necessary as a result of the mineral extraction <br /> operation, the operator shall i prove such intersection at its expense to the <br /> specifications of the Highway ommissioner. <br /> 19. The applicant shall meet DNR standards for particulate emissions as described in <br /> NR 415.075, Wis. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use w' ll not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation •f the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3 . That the establishment of he proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and ord:rly development and improvement of <br /> the surrounding property f.r uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4 . That adequate utilities, -ccess roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvement. will be made. <br />
