The site -hall be signed "no trespassing." When the extraction <br /> site is not open, the access ro.• onto CTHN shall have gates securely locked. <br /> 13. There shall be no blasting or d ' ling on the site. <br /> 14. There shall be no bulk fuel sto ed on the site. <br /> 15. No water shall be removed fro the site in order to maintain groundwater discharge <br /> to adjacent areas. <br /> 16. The operator shall use spray b,, s (water) in the crushing process to reduce dust. <br /> Use of spray bars is not requir d when the temperature is below freezing. The <br /> operator shall spray the site wi h water if and when needed to control dust. <br /> 17. The operator shall require all t cks, excavation, crushing, screening and washing <br /> equipment to have muffler sys'ems which meet or exceed then current industry <br /> standards for noise abatement. <br /> 18. If the Highway Commissioner •etermines that improvements to the intersection of <br /> the access road and CTH N ar: necessary as a result of the mineral extraction <br /> operation, the operator shall i 'prove such intersection at its expense to the <br /> specifications of the Highway ommissioner. <br /> 19. The applicant shall meet DNR standards for particulate emissions as described in <br /> NR 415.075, Wis. Adm. code. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURC: S COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF TI CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use w 11 not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and -njoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes -lready permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or •iminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3 . That the establishment of ' he proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of <br /> the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4 . That adequate utilities, a cess roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvement; will be made. <br />
