• • Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1498 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. FOR: Concrete batch plant for highway project. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 5/26/98 EXPIRATION DATE: (See conditions) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Cottage Grove dlescribed as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 33; thence S01°12' 10" East, along the East line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 33, 980. 93 feet; thence N87°22' 10" West, 542. 96 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N87°22' 10" West, 550. 00 feet; thence NO2°37' 50" East, 400.00 feet; thence S87°22' 10" East, 550.00 feet; thence S02°37' 50" West, 400.00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS: These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1. Operations shall cease no later than November 30, 1998, except that if the USH 12- 18 reconstruction project is not complete at that time, operations shall cease no later than June 30, 1999. 2. The operator shall develop and operate the site according to submitted site and operations plans. 3. Hours of operation shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 'Ion Saturdays. No operations of any kind shall take place on Sundays and legal holidays. Hours may be extended temporarily if approved by the town board, with writtein notification being given to County Zoning. 4. There shall be no bulk fuel stored on site.
