The mineral extraction project is considered to be in a critical site and should comply with the goals of <br /> 7.5 ton/ac/yr soil loss reduction. <br /> 2. The mineral extraction project is next to a sensitive area, Little Door Creek. <br /> 3. The water quality component should be addressed to prevent sediment from leaving the site. <br /> 4. Detailed erosion control plan should include temporary and long-term sediment control. <br /> 5. Operation and maintenance plan for the control structure should be included in the plan. <br /> 6. After finishing the mineral extraction,the runoff control should be addressed to maintain the park <br /> flows and times of concentration at pre-development condition, and to reduce sediment according to <br /> the Dane County Ordinance. <br /> 7.
