These plans are now to the level of detail we expect with <br /> conditional use permit submittals for extraction operations, and they address many of the issues <br /> raised in my earlier staff comments. <br /> I've also enclosed a list of proposed conditions the applicants have submitted in response to the <br /> issues raised in the staff report. These conditions will probably not be recommended by staff or <br /> approved by the Committee verbatim, but are provided for your information at this point. <br /> The current timeframe would place Zoning and Natural Resources Committee action on this <br /> CUP request on February 17. I will complete revised staff comments and suggested conditions <br /> by February 12.
