This proposed use conversion from a tavern to multi-family residential (10 units) in <br /> the Town of Westport is within the Central Urban Service Area; however, public sewer has not <br /> been extended to the site to date. <br /> The existing tavern site is isolated from other development and is surrounded by Environmental <br /> Corridor, since all of the land to the northeast and south is wetland and floodplain. This 1.58-acre <br /> site is so small that it does not appear on the Land Use Plan Map of the Town of Westport. Thus, <br /> the plan does not provide much guidance on this conversion request. <br /> If this conversion to multi-family use is approved, there need to be conditions such as: <br /> • The site needs to be serviced by public sewer service. <br /> • There needs to be strict adherence to all erosion and stormwater control <br /> requirements. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> C.U.P. 1483. Since this is a State Road, comments could be requested from the State. <br /> OTHER <br />
