The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Multi-Family Residential <br /> Use in B-1 district. Presently,the"Bavarian Inn"is located on the southwest of the <br /> 1.3 acres of property,adjacent to highway 113. <br /> B. The property is a filled wetland surrounded on three sides by Environmental <br /> Corridor,wetlands and floodplain. The 200' x 300' property is a <br /> commercial/recreational enclave in the middle of a conservancy area. <br /> C. The CUP is requested for the entire parcel. A portion of the parcel- approximately <br /> one fourth of the parcel- is outside the B-1 district and within the Al-EX district. <br /> D.
