Evidence Concerning Back-up Power to the Well . <br /> Concerns were previously raised about the ability to use the <br /> well on the school site in the event of a fire. Madison Country <br /> Day School has agreed to provide a back-up generator to the well <br /> to address this concern. In addition, the School has looked into <br /> providing separate electrical service to the well and has <br /> retained Mendota Engineering, Inc. to address the necessary <br /> issues involved. Initial plans to install a separate electrical <br /> service to the well have been undertaken by Mendota Engineering. <br /> A copy of a memorandum from Mendota Engineering describing <br /> these initial plans is attached hereto as Exhibit G. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> Madison Country Day School requests that ZNR consider the <br /> above new evidence and change in conditions and permit the <br /> resubmission of CUP No. 1415 . Section 10 . 255 (2) (k) gives <br /> authority to ZNR to consider this request for resubmission <br /> without the need for a public hearing.
