DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7170 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Westport. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the RE-1 Recreational, CO-1 <br /> Conservancy, and A-2 Agriculture District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7170/1485 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, and of <br /> the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Town of <br /> Westport, to-wit: <br /> TO RE-1: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 29; thence <br /> N89°30'48"E, 660.38 feet; thence N00°36'29"W, 1,333.89 feet; thence N89°43'28"E, <br /> 878.00 feet; thence S00°16'32"E, 340.00 feet; thence N89°43'28"E, 10.00 feet; thence <br /> S00°16'32"E, 297.14 feet to the point of beginning; thence N89°43'28"E, 710.00 feet; <br /> thence S00°16'32"E, 80.00 feet; thence N89°53'20"E, 2128.16 feet; thence S00°06'40"E, <br /> 700.03 feet; thence S62°52'40"W, 593.30 feet to the start of a curve; thence <br /> northwesterly on a curve to the left with a radius of 720.00 feet and a chord which bears <br /> N58°30'20"W, 749.90 feet; thence N89°53'20"W, 192.50 feet to a point of curve; thence <br /> northwesterly on a curve to the right with a radius of 480.00 feet and a chord which bears <br /> N45°04'56"W, 676.53 feet; thence N00°16'32"W, 175.09 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Westport, to-wit: <br /> TO CO-1: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 29, thence <br /> N89°30'48"E, 660.38 feet; thence N00°36'29"W, 1,333.89 feet; thence N89°43'28"E, <br /> 1979.88 feet; thence N89°18'35"E, 8.30 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing <br /> N89°18'35"E, 293.89 feet; thence S10°21'00"W, 222.67 feet; thence S89°53'20"W, <br /> 62.60 feet; thence S00°06'40"E, 284.36 feet; thence S48°10'00"E, 52.00 feet; thence <br /> N89°53'20"E, 14.37 feet; thence S00°06'40"E, 183.19 feet; thence S89°53'20"W, 103.89 <br /> feet; thence N00°06'40"W, 250.43 feet; thence S89°53'20"W, 140.00 feet; thence <br /> N00°06'40"W, 467.88 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to descnbe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
