• J <br /> March 18, 1998 <br /> Dane County Zoning <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> My name is Al Kohlman and I have lived most of my life in Waunakee, WI and now reside in <br /> Madison, WI. I have been hunting the Marsh and surrounding area off of Oncken Road since the <br /> age 16. Now that a private School may be constructed in the area, my hunting rights to the <br /> surrounding area may be greatly restricted or eliminated all together. <br /> My 12 year old son is now enjoying the same experience of hunting this area as I did when I was <br /> close to his age. With the possibility of a private school in the area,not only mine, but his hunting <br /> rights and privileges will be lost or greatly reduced also. It seems that much of what was public <br /> access and the rights of tax payers are now being removed for someone else's personal gain.
