TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> 2 L/bg <br /> Regarding Zoning Petition # 7 / 7 Public Hearing <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Dunn having considered <br /> said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (Approved/B6N6 f). <br /> The Town Planning Commission, <br /> consisting of 7 members voted 6 in favor and 0 opposed. 1 absent <br /> The Town Board, <br /> consisting of 3 members voted 3 in favor and ° opposed. <br /> The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no <br /> conditions) <br /> The portion of the lot on White Oak Trail is not to have the <br /> duplex, only the septic system for the duplex located on County <br /> Highway B. <br /> (attach additional page(s) as required) <br /> Please note If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, but this rezone does not comply <br /> with the Town Land Use Plan, please explain the approval.
