• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7174 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-3A Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PET11'1ON NUMBER: 7174 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Dunn, described as follows: <br /> Lot 6, Block 3, Oregon Heights, in the Town of Dunn. Also, part of Outlot 1, Block 3, <br /> Oregon Heights, in the Town of Dunn, described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> Southeast corner of said Outlot 1; thence North 0°4'East 200 feet; thence West to the <br /> Westerly boundary of Outlot 1; thence Southerly along the lot line to the Southwest <br /> corner of Outlot 1; thence Easterly along the lot line of Outlot 1, to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERI'IHED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.That the portion of the lot on White Oak Trail shall be used only for the sanitary system. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> tZ\ 0\\067 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
