Most of the land use issues for this site were previously reviewed and resolved with the <br /> previous CUP and site plan in the Town of Westport. <br /> Since the C-1 Commercial district permits many uses which would be incompatible at this site,there <br /> needs to be a condition on the rezoning that only a gas station and car wash business are allowed on <br /> this site. <br /> Conditions for the CUP should include: <br /> 1. Hours of operation <br /> 2. Some responsibility for the owner/operator of the car wash to control icing conditions during <br /> winter months as a matter of off-site safety at this busy intersection. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> Petition 7189 &C.U.P. 1490. CTH"M"is a controlled access highway. No direct access onto CTH"M" <br /> will be allowed. The improved intersection of Willow Drive and CTH"M"will be required. The improved <br /> intersection will include a Type B1 with a passing lane. An approved set of plans will be required prior to <br /> issuing the permit to work in highway right-of-way. <br /> OTHER <br />
