Subsequent to the Montrose Land Use Committee meeting,we had the Talarczek survey firm perform a site <br /> survey and create the attached meets and bounds description based on the Land Use Committee's <br /> recommendation. The request for rezoning of the 1.02 acre portion of the property to R-1 A was submitted <br /> to Dane County on March 2, 1997.
