TO THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE <br /> Our view on Ron Jacobson and Leola Foti ' s petition <br /> for rezoning is, the fact that his home based realty <br /> appraisal service belongs in Madison. After all , his <br /> work is mostly centered there. Only someone on the Town <br /> Board would have tried this in an extremely restrictive <br /> township. His newly acquired Town Chairman position should be <br /> setting a good example of how our farms are to be used . If <br /> this is passed, how could he stop a bakery or whatever on farm <br /> land. <br /> Yes, his greenhouse is something that fits AG land, <br /> but selling on the side of a narrow rural road wouldn ' t be <br /> good .
