Henshue Holdings, LLC
Site / Operation Plan
Overview
Henshue Holdings, LLC., intends to grade and remove fill sand material from lot P-7 of
the proposed East Metro Business Park over approximately a 7-10 year period on the
subject site. This is not a quarrying operation and there will not be any blasting. Also,
there will not be any crushing operations. Henshue Holdings, LLC will remove the fill
sand material to an elevation, which will render the lot developable for commercial use
and ties the lot P-7 into adjoining land elevations.
Operations
The hours of operation of the site will be from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday, and from 7:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
All access to subject property will occur along the northern side of the proposed 15-lot
East Metro Business Park. There will be no other access from this property. A gravel
access road will be constructed from the northeast corner of proposed lot P-7 along the
northern most side of the proposed 15 lot business park to Hoffman House Lane. 100
feet of the proposed access road will be black topped to minimize the tracking of mud
onto Hoffman House Lane. There would be a gate and stop sign at the end of the
access road before Hoffman House Lane. Henshue Holdings, LLC. will be responsible for
cleaning any mud tracked onto public roads. Please note, that trucks will travel on only
approximately 90 feet of Hoffman House Lane to gain access onto Highway 51 .
Since dust control is a potential problem, the entire site will be sprayed as necessary.
The type of material that is being removed is a very silty sand (a very heavy, moist
granular sand) which will be used in back- filling water and sewer trenches and in
preparation of building sites. It is not a fine granular sand which can be blown around
