The Department of Commerce regulates fuel storage and dispensing in Wisconsin. I've <br /> attached a copy of their guidelines relating to the application of the various state and national codes <br /> for your review. If you have any specific questions, you can call Sheldon Schall at 266-0956. In <br /> general I think they are less concerned about diesel fuel than they are about gasoline. Diesel fuel is <br /> more common with the heavy equipment used at mineral extraction sites.
