. r
Henshue Holdings, LLC.
Memorandum to Support Conditional Use Permit
Lot 7, East Metro Business Park, Town of Burke
Overview
The applicant, Henshue Holdings, LLC., intends to grade and remove fill sand material
from lot 7, East Metro Business Park(please refer to Exhibit A which includes a legal
description of property) over approximately a 7-10 year period. This application is not a
request for a quarry type operation. Henshue Holdings will remove the fill sand material
to an elevation, which renders the lot developable for commercial use and ties the lot into
adjoining land elevations. In essence, Henshue Holdings is removing a large fill sand hill
from lot 7 in order to make the lot more usable for commercial site development.
Site Plan
Please refer to Exhibit B, which shows an overview of where the property is located in
relation to residences, lakes, rivers, streams and roads.
- Tax Parcel Numbers (#07081005485008, #0708100548020-9)
The Operation
Henshue Holdings will begin removal of fill sand from lot 7 starting in May 1998
provided all approvals and permits are obtained at that time. Appropriate land disturbing
and erosion control permits will be obtained from Dane County, Town of Burke, DNR,
and others. The removal of fill sand will be in a staged process over a 7-10 year period.
