This section allows as permitted any use that <br /> is consistent with agricultural use. The requirement, however, is that <br /> all structures and improvements must be consistent with agricultural use, <br /> whether they are a permitted use or a conditional use. <br /> Note: This requirement applies to both permitted and conditional uses <br /> within an exclusive agricultural use district. <br /> 6. The definition of, or reference to the definition of, "use consistent <br /> with agricultural use", found in s. 91 .01 (10), Wis.Stats. <br /> RESIDENTIAL USES IN EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURAL USE DISTRICTS <br /> 7. A provision restricting residential use in the district to residences II <br /> with a use "consistent with agricultural use" and occupied by only the u <br /> following: an owner of the parcel; a person who, or a family at least <br /> one adult member of which, earns the majority of his or her income from <br /> conducting the farm operations; a parent or child of an owner who <br /> conducts the majority of the farm operations; a parent or child of an <br /> owner who resides on the parcel and who previously conducted the <br /> majority of the farm operations. <br /> Note: The ordinance may list all or any of the above as permitted uses or as <br /> conditional uses/special exceptions or may choose to prohibit them. <br /> p. 19 - ss. 10.123(2)(c) and 10.123(3)(b). However, there is no requirement <br /> in the ordinance that all improvements and structures, whether part of a permitted <br /> or conditional use, be consistent with agricultural use. <br /> GAS AND ELECTRIC UTILITY USES IN EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURAL USE DISTRICTS <br /> 8.
