A provision stating that the minimum parcel size is 35 acres. n <br /> Note: A local government can adopt a larger minimum parcel size U <br /> at its discretion. <br /> p. 20 - s. 10.123(5)(a) restricts the parcel size to 35 acres to establish <br /> a farm operation. However, p. 20 - s. 10.123(5)(b) allows a parcel size of 20,000 sq.ft. <br /> for unsewered residences in the district and a parcel size of 15,000 sq.ft. for <br /> sewered residences. This creates a potential contradiction in the requirements. <br /> ZONING MAPS IN EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURAL USE DISTRICTS <br /> This section is not applicable since the Dane County text is the only <br /> document under review. <br /> 12.
