If included, they must meet statutory and rule standards. <br /> Do the discretionary ordinance provisions meet the following requirements? Special exception/ conditional uses allowed under the ordinance I <br /> include ONLY the following uses: u <br /> Note: The local government unit may also list any or all of the <br /> permitted uses in Part B as conditional uses. <br /> • Agricultural-related uses <br /> • Ice age trail <br /> • Religious uses <br /> p. 20 - s. 10.123(3)(c) <br /> • A lease for oil or natural gas exploration and extraction <br /> • Government uses <br /> p. 20 - s. 10.123(3)(d) <br /> • Utility uses other than those listed in Part B as permitted uses <br /> • Institutional uses <br /> • Farm family businesses within the limitations of s. 91 .75(8), Wis. Stats. <br /> p. 20 - s. 10.123(3)(f) and (I); p. 32 - s. 10.192. The procedures <br /> for limited farm family businesses do not include the statutory limitations <br /> under s. 91 .75(8), Stats. <br /> • Rental of property qualifying as a "farm family business" under <br /> s. 91 .75 (8), Wis. Stats. <br /> p. 19 - s. 10.123(2)(c) is listed as a permitted use, when it can only <br /> be considered a conditional use. <br /> • Non-metallic mineral extraction within the limitations of s. 91 .75 (9), Wis. Stats. <br /> p. 20 - s. 10.123(3)(i); p. 32 - s. 10.191 ; p. 6 - s. 10.01 (36n); <br /> and p. 37 - s. 10.255(2). <br /> • A migrant labor camp certified under s. 103.92, Wis. Stats. <br /> General Comments: s. 10.123(2)(d) - rental of residences must be listed as a farm <br /> family business. s. 10.123(2)(e) - day care must be listed as a farm family business. <br /> s. 10.123(2)(g) - roadside stands must be allowed as an agriculturally-related or a farm <br /> family business. s. 10.123(2)(i) - home occupations can only be allowed as a conditional <br /> use, such as under a farm family business or other allowable category under s. 91 .75(5), <br /> Stats. s. 10.123(3)(I) lists certain agricultural sales as a farm family business. If <br /> the restrictions are different than a limited farm family business, these should be specified <br /> in the ordinance. However, both categories would still need to meet the requirements of <br /> s. 91 .75(8), Stats. <br /> (Under the Farmland Preservation Law,Chapter 91,Wis.Stets.)
