CALL TO ORDER <br /> Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M.by Chairperson Johnson in room 2D City County Building. <br /> II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Hamre to approve the minutes from the October 13 and October 27, 1998 Zoning <br /> and Natural Resources Committee meetings by correcting the minutes of the October 13, 1998 meeting by <br /> adding"Motion carried 6-0",page 6,for DOVETAIL DEVELOPMENT, Section 19,Town of Burke;carried <br /> 6-0. <br /> III. PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> None <br /> IV. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS <br /> MEETINGS <br /> a. CUP 1513/7294,Rogers,Town of Medina,8/25/98 <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Hendrick to find that the standards of the zoning ordinance are met and to <br /> approve the Conditional Use Permit as conditioned;carried 6-0. <br /> b. 7335,Miller,Town of York, 8/28/98 <br /> Motion by Anderson/Cornwell to impose a deed restriction for no further development on parcel 0912- <br /> 084-9000 and 0912-084-9500;carried 6-0. <br /> Motion by Anderson/Cornwell to approve as amended; carried 6-0. <br /> c. CUP 1496/7201,Andrews,Town of Mazomanie, 5/26/98 <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Hendrick to impose the following condition: <br /> 1.Restricted to a total of seven(7)animal units. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Hendrick to find that the standards of the zoning ordinance are met and to <br /> approve the Conditional Use Permit as conditioned;carried 6-0. <br /> d. 7271,Milwaukee Repeater,Town of Pleasant Springs, 6/23/98 <br /> Motion by Anderson/Cornwell to remove the deed restriction and to approve the petition request <br /> as submitted;carried 6-0. <br /> e. 7357,Johnson,Town of Christiana, 9/15/98 <br /> Motion by Anderson/Hamre to approve; motion failed 4-2. Anderson and Hamre voting yes. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Cornwell to deny based upon the conflict of the petition with the town plan and <br /> creating strip commercial development;carried 4-2.Hamre and Anderson voting no. <br /> f. 7109, Street,Town of Berry, 12/16/97 <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Cornwell to allow five minutes total for those in opposition and those in favor of the <br /> petition; carried 6-0. <br />
