A 4 <br /> COMPOSITE REPORT - Page 2 APPLICATION NO. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7209 — Corrected Comments. We have reviewed the Planning and Development Staff <br /> Report on Petition 7209 (dated 10/22/98) and concur in the conclusions. <br /> Our original staff comments in May 1998 indicated this petition was consistent with plans. The <br /> comments are in error and need to be corrected. <br /> The site of Petition 7209 is physically adjacent to a designated Rural Non-Farm Area in the <br /> Town of Verona where low density development on 2-acre lots is allowed by policy. <br /> However, Petition 7209 is in an Agricultural Land Preservation Area where the applicable policy <br /> is one lot per 35 acres. With a 9.8-acre parcel, there is no policy provision for further division. <br /> The Planning and Development staff has suggested reasonable alternative actions for <br /> consideration. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
